Gov. Won't Get a Ticket for His Ride, Police Say By Andrew Blankstein, Times Staff Writer Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will not receive a citation from police for his motorcycle accident in Brentwood on Sunday that left him sporting 15 stitches on his upper lip, authorities said Wednesday.
