Speed Freakout

So, around 10:30 am, the DSL connection went down. Third time in last few days. Past two time, with the delay to find tech support, it came back on its own. This time, despite the routine of turning off everything, turning on, dialing back up, nothing. Tech support finally agreed there was something wrong. Said someone would call back. BrooklynDodger was so internet deprived the Dodger went to the office.

On return home, still nothing. Was the Dodger going to have to go to coffee beanery on Sunday to get anything done? or do a dial up?

After symphony, at 10:30 pm, still no connection. Back to tech support. Asked where they were. After much questioning, admitted to being in India but said he was forbidden to give the city. While we were on the phone, the computer connected.

Not sure what the lesson is.
