The climate change conference again exposes the Bush Administrations vampire foreign policy [see illustration of the undead].

Nevertheless, the fairness issue in climate change revolves on treatment of the developing world. It's a matter of internal consumption and development versus goods and services produced for the world economy. Multinationals, and their host country contractors, should not be permitted to exploit special treatment for developing world economies to undermine life quality in the multinational's home ground. Crudely, GM and it's chinese suppliers shouldn't get one more reason to run away.

It's a little tricky to assess treatment for international corporations owned in the developing world, like Lenovo [formerly the PC arm of IBM.] Here we have some genuine competition among ruling classes, where the workers can get trampled.
